2. What type of coverage do you have?

  • COMPREHENSIVE COVERAGE:
    This gives the best protection for vehicle owners in Singapore. It covers everything that the third-party fire and theft insurance has to offer. It also insures against bodily injury, death and property damage to a third-party. In addition, it insures your car against any damages.
  • THIRD-PARTY FIRE & THEFT:
    This type of car insurance insures the full scope of the third-party only insurance and damages arising from either fire and/or theft.
  • THIRD-PARTY ONLY:
    This type of car insurance compensates for death, bodily injuries and property damage to a third-party.
    (Note: A third-party is a person other than yourself who is involved in an accident).


3. How long does it take to process?

It takes about 3-4 working days once payment is received.

4. What does "excess" means?

An "excess" is the amount of money that you will need to pay in the event that you make a claim against your policy. For instance, if your motor insurance has a policy excess of $500 and you make a claim of $1500 against your policy for repair cost, you will need to pay $500. The balance of $1000 will be paid out by the Insurer. Note that the excess amount varies according to the policy plan.
